Step 1
If you want to spend less money on buying new body parts, then treat the underbody and fenders of your car with anti-corrosion agents in a timely manner. Step 2
Place the machine on a lift. Wash the bottom of the car and clean the surface of the old anticorrosive material that has already peeled off. Step 3
Remove loose mastic with a sharpened screwdriver, scraper or steel brush. Treat metal that has already begun to rust with a rust converter. The most popular converters are considered the brands "Rust-Eater" and "Feran". After treatment with the converter, a protective mastic can be applied to the bottom.
Step 4
Get auto anticorrosive. The variety of anticorrosive mastics is great. This is usually a thick mass that serves to keep the metal parts of the underbody from corrosion. Consult your dealer for what is best for you based on the needs of your vehicle.
Step 5
