Instructions
Step 1
Check that the spark plugs are in good condition, that the ignition is set correctly, that the breaker contacts are connected correctly, and that the fuel supply system is in good working order.
Step 2
Set the lowest crankshaft speed. Turn the mixture quality screw in different directions in different directions, but do not change the position of the throttle valve. So you will be able to create the maximum frequency of its rotation.
Step 3
Warm up the engine to raise the temperature and open the carburetor choke fully. Set the adjusting screw of the mixture quality to failure, and then unscrew it by two turns, and screw the adjusting screw for the amount of the mixture two turns axially from the beginning of the lever rotation.
Step 4
Find the correct location for the adjustment screws, which is ensured by the required quantity and quality of the mixture. This position will give the engine economical, smooth operation.
Step 5
Check for correct carburetor adjustment. Briskly open and close the throttle valve. If the engine then continues to run quietly and evenly, the adjustment is correct.
