An emergency warning light system is, of course, necessary in a car, but not all VAZ models provide for it. To install an emergency light on your car, it is not necessary to contact the service, it is quite possible to do it yourself.
Necessary
- - new relay;
- - 6-pin button;
- - block;
- - pliers;
- - wires;
- - insulating tape.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, to connect the alarm, remove those devices that prevent you from reaching the turn relay, remove the relay itself. Notice the blue, purple and double orange wires are connected to it. Mark them so as not to get confused or lost.
Step 2
Take a new relay, it is better to take a more modern digital than analog 231.3747. Look, there are 4 legs in the relay, so you need a 6-pin connector that fits the shape (you will only use 4 pins in it).
Step 3
Distribute the wires. From contact 1, direct the wire to the contact of the emergency gang button No. 4, connect the purple wire to the second contact, the blue to the third, and make the "ground" on the fourth (a wire with a round terminal at the end, which is fixed on the relay mounting stud)
Step 4
Take the six-pin button and find the right 3-lever block, take the wires from it and connect to the block coming from under the panel. The circuit here will look like this: contact 1 - blue wire of the three-link, contact 2 - orange wire from the old relay, contact 3 - black-blue wire from the three-link block, 4 contact to the first contact of the relay, connect 7 contact to the purple wire, to 8 Pull the contact for a constant "plus", connect to the wire on the fuse box, which, even with the ignition off, always has voltage. It is better to add an 8 amp fuse to the last wire.
Step 5
Select the length of the wires according to the place in which you will install the button for turning off the alarm. Exactly in this place and stretch the entire "braid". You can put the terminals directly on the button, or you can use a special block. After everything is connected, collect all the devices, put the panel on and check the system for operation.
