Step 1
When you find the first signs of excess oil entering the engine, do not under any circumstances tighten the repair. Otherwise, expensive repairs may be required to change the crankshaft oil seal. There are several ways to pump oil out of the engine. The first and easiest option is to contact a specialized car service for help.
Step 2
The second, most common, but too difficult option. This method requires some skill to solve this problem. Its essence is as follows: use the drain plug of the crankcase, simply drain the oil through it. It should be said right away that this method is quite "dirty" and before using it, it is necessary to prepare the place of repair.
Step 3
In order to pump out oil in this way, you need to place the car on an inspection pit, drive it onto an overpass, or lift it with a lift. Be sure to let the engine cool down in order to avoid problems with screwing the plug in the future. Using a wrench, unscrew the crankcase drain plug. Then carefully drain the excess oil into a container. So the oil is drained. Screw on the stopper. This method is also expensive, because the rental of a lift or overpass is not always free of charge.
Step 4
Also, don't forget about the third option. Take the PE TUBE. Attach a syringe to the end of it. You will also need a container to hold the drained oil. It is much easier to carry out the procedure for pumping oil out with a warm engine. Take out the yellow oil dipstick. Lower the tube into this hole. Pump off excess oil with a syringe. Monitor the filling level of the syringe. As soon as the oil level reaches the maximum, disconnect the syringe from the tube and drain the oil. Repeat the procedure until the oil level returns to normal.
