First of all, when looking for a missing car, figure out whether it was stolen or evacuated. Call the police free of charge by phone 102 or 02 from a stationary device. As the experience of previous years shows, information about the evacuation of light vehicles comes in about an hour after the car is removed, maybe even later. Do not forget about this if you are going to report the theft to the police.
Step 2
It is possible that the tact that the taxi drivers who were on duty at all points of work of the evacuation vehicles will be the first to let you know about the evacuation of your transport. They will offer some financial reward for helping you get your vehicle back. Decide for yourself whether the option of spending extra money for this service is right for you or not.

If your car was nevertheless evacuated, then the next step to return it is a trip to one of the parking lots of the traffic police. There, traffic cops issue permits to return vehicles to car owners within 24 hours. Only first you will have to pay a penalty for incorrect parking.

After that, follow the car to a special parking lot. It is important to note the fact that the car is listed free of charge in the parking lot only the first 24 hours after evacuation. Starting from the second day there is an hourly payment. Every hour of the third day after the evacuation is estimated twice as expensive.
Step 5
Remember - if the reasons for the detention. If the car even blocked the movement of transport, then it must be returned to the driver on demand, and not after payment for the imposed services.
If the car, in spite of everything, is moved in the presence of the owner, then he has the right to challenge this decision. A protest is filed with a superior traffic police officer. If the answer is unsatisfactory, the car owner has the right to submit an application to the courts. Any materials and evidence are evidence in the case.
