The starter in the car plays almost the main role. The starter is a direct current electric motor, has four poles and four brushes, and is excited by permanent magnets. In addition, it has a planetary gearbox, a roller freewheel clutch, and a double-winding (retract and hold) traction relay.
Instructions
Step 1
When installing a car alarm on a car, a starter blocking relay is installed on the starter. It automatically disconnects the circuit after starting the engine. This prevents the starter from turning on when the engine is already running and leads to an increase in its life. The circuit of the starter consists of capacitors (9 pcs), semiconductors (16 pcs), resistors (13 pcs). It is connected to the car body (terminal 1), with the ignition coil terminal (terminal 2), with the winding of the additional starter relay (terminal 3), with the phase of the generator or tachometer (terminal 4), with the "+" battery (terminal 6). The relay measures the pulse frequency of the sensor and disconnects the starter at a certain value of this frequency.
Step 2
The starter blocking relay (passive engine blocking) is activated after a programmed time after the vehicle ignition is switched off. Usually the car alarm, and with it the starter interlock relay, is automatically turned off remotely. For this purpose, a switch in the form of a key fob with a set of buttons necessary for programming is attached to each set of the car alarm device.
Step 3
However, if the transmitter is lost, it is possible to manually disable the car's starter lock. To do this, you need to know where the car alarm button switch is located, which is certainly installed inside each car.
Step 4
Insert the key into the ignition switch of the car, turn it to the "ignition" position. Immediately press the car alarm switch button. The blocking relay will turn off along with the entire system, the engine will start.
Step 5
If the engine will not start, repeat the procedure. The time of pressing the button for each alarm is individual. Read the instructions carefully.
Step 6
If you do not know where the shutdown button is (although the master who installed the alarm must warn you about this), find the power supply circuit of the starter retractor relay. An alarm relay is usually installed in it, which blocks the starter. Disconnect the relay and connect the circuit directly.
