A motorcycle is an iron horse, a loyal friend and companion of man, and a self-assembled one is twice as expensive. Every detail is in its place, everything shines, originality is one hundred percent - these are far from all the advantages of this type of transport. How do you assemble a motorcycle?

Step 1
First, collect all the building materials you need for your motorcycle. Take the frame from the old Ural. Also take out the tank, you can from the K-750, two wheels of 16 inches each and turns. Unscrew the headlights of the drop form from the "GAZ" or the tractor. Take two carburetors, a front fender that can be removed from the Voskhod motorcycle and a boat fender from IZH. Also take the "Izhovsky" front end. Take out the engine and all necessary wiring.
Step 2
Prepare the frame for assembly. Cover the bare frame with putty and paint. Don't forget to paint the tank with the wings.
Step 3
Put the parts of the box bridge and the engine in kerosene. After soaking, polish the crankcases of the engine, axle and covers to a shine.
Step 4
Go through the entire inside of the engine and put it back together. Please note that when installing the camshaft in the crankcase, there must be a combination of marks on the drive and driven gears, otherwise the valve timing and the ignition installation will be lost. When installing the camshaft gear cover, check that the breather is inserted into it - align the flange hole with the camshaft gear pin.
Step 5
Install the clutch. When installing discs, make sure that the splines of the clutches of the two driven (friction) discs coincide.
Step 6
Assemble the gearbox. First insert the trigger shaft into the crankcase, along with the gear and spring. Place the crankcase with the front hole up, insert the input and output shafts into it. Finally install the trigger shaft.
Step 7
Assemble the rear suspension. The right one is installed together with the reverse gear.
Step 8
Install the front fork and steering column. Place the bearing rings in the frame column. Install the headlamp and upper fork covers with brackets. Install the upper yoke by turning the upper steering column nut and the fork tube-to-yoke nuts.
Step 9
Place a seat and attach various attributes, such as leather.
