Instructions
Step 1
First, collect all the building supplies that you may need during the motorcycle assembly process. Take the frame from the old vehicle. Also look for a tank, two wheels, turns, headlights of the right shape, a front fender, two carburetors, an engine, and don't forget the necessary wiring.
Step 2
Now you need to prepare the frame for the assembly process. To do this, cover it with paint and putty. Be sure to paint the fenders and tank.
Step 3
Put the engine and axle parts of the box in kerosene. After everything is soaked, you need to polish the housings of the bridge, motor, and also the cover to a shine.
Step 4
Go through all the "insides" present in the engine, and put everything back. When installing the camshaft gear covers, be sure to check for a breather inserted into them - align the hole in the flange with the camshaft gear pin.
Step 5
Now you need to install the clutch, after which you can proceed to the assembly of the gearbox. First, insert the trigger shaft, along with the spring and gear, into the crankcase, which then push up with the front hole.
Step 6
Then it is necessary to insert the output and input shafts into the crankcase. The next step is to finally install the trigger shaft.
Step 7
Install the steering column with the front fork. Place the bearing rings in the frame column.
Step 8
Then install the headlamp and fork covers together with the brackets. Take care of installing the upper crosshead. To do this, turn the nuts for fastening the fork pipes to the cross-beam, as well as the upper nut of the steering column rod.
Step 9
Set up the seat, and then carefully attach various attributes, such as leather goods.
Step 10
Assemble the rear suspension. Please note that the right one must be installed together with the reverse gear.
