This mini motorcycle is highly reliable, easy to maintain, repair and operate. The motorcycle uses many off-the-shelf parts to facilitate the assembly process. The dry weight of the motorcycle is 27 kg, and the maximum speed is 65 km / h. The model was conceived for mushroom pickers, fishermen and just lovers of long journeys.
Instructions
Step 1
For the frame, use 1mm diameter, 27cm long thin-walled tubing. Parts from a bicycle frame will also work. Weld them as shown in the picture.
Step 2
Now make the front fork. Take flavors from the 16-B bike. Make the following changes to it. Saw off the left and right parts to the desired dimensions (they are indicated in the drawing). Then install the swingarm arms on the wheel and secure with nuts. Cut a strip of steel 3 mm thick and 40 mm wide and press the ends of the fork with it. Then weld the ends of the fork to the base strip. Do not remove the fragrances.
Step 3
The rear frame is shown in the illustration. You can take the fragrances from the "Java" motorcycle or use the knot from the "Riga" moped. Saw part of the frame from a production motorcycle and weld it to the frame of a homemade one.
Step 4
Make the rims from the wheel of the "Riga" moped on the mandrel. Homemade tires are twice as wide as regular tires. Therefore, the width between the beads is 38 mm. Fitting dimensions are standard.
Step 5
The engine is installed on the frame after a series of alterations. Remove the pedals and put on the kickstarker. Saw off the boss of the right half of the crankcase on the assembled engine with a hacksaw. The height of the preserved part should not exceed 3 mm. Then disassemble the engine. Separate the crankcase halves. Remove the connecting rod shaft from it. Anneal the risks and remove the excess. Place the plug on the boss of the right half. Make the plug from a duralumin plate 3 mm thick. Make a gasket from a press span. Cut and replace the brake sleeve. Make a groove on the connecting rod shaft for the K-125 motorcycle kickstarter spring. Assemble the engine.
Step 6
Take the steering wheel from the "Riga" moped. Shorten it to 500 mm. Take the brake pads from the "16-B" bike. Install the brake light and its switch.
