Instructions

Step 1

In order to bleed the brakes, it is necessary to unscrew the bleed union on the wheels. Often a situation arises when they are strongly "stuck" or all the splines are torn off on them. And even WD-40 grease, which always comes to the rescue, is powerless in this situation.

Step 2

In this case, purchase a spanner wrench of the required diameter, in which the head is cut and clamped on the side with a screw. Such a key is also called a cut key. Try to use it to unscrew the rusted fitting. If this does not help, and the key simply cuts off the metal from the nozzle head, which has long been turned into a cylinder, then you will have to resort to tricks.

Step 3

Find a micro drill, with which you drill a through hole in the head of the wrench, then put the fitting on the wrench and tighten it as much as possible. Again, take a micro drill in your hands and use a 2-3 mm drill to make a hole that goes through the wrench and the fitting head. Insert a long hairpin there, which will work well with a burr shank. Do not take the nail, because in the future it will be very difficult to pull it out. With a little effort, the fitting will be in your hands. Take the pliers and use them to remove the pin from the hole.

Step 4

If you do not have a drill at hand, then you can use another method and remove the fitting by welding. To do this, put the key on the part and weld one to the other. Then start unscrewing the union, applying maximum effort.

Step 5

Another way to unscrew the stuck fitting is the following. Pick up a hammer and hit it hard. Be careful not to hit the caliper, which can lead to serious problems. If necessary, take a few hits to achieve the desired result. Remember, it is always best to check the condition of all parts and keep track of them.
