The deregistration procedure in Moscow includes the mandatory implementation of several simple steps.

Instructions
Step 1
Go to MOTOTRER. Make or complete an application stating that you want to remove the vehicle from the register. Use the sample application, which is probably posted in the traffic police at the information stand.
Step 2
Go to the initial collection window and hand over there a written application, passport, passport of a technical device and a power of attorney to use a car, if you do not own it.

Wait while your documents are checked and processed.
