Step 1

First, unscrew the three screws that hold the deflector and remove it.

Step 2

Now remove the screws that secure the left and right nozzles of the heating and ventilation system. Then remove it as well.

Step 3

Next, use a screwdriver to pry and remove from the cover of the rear window heating switch button and disconnect the wiring harness block from it.

Step 4

Take out the ashtray and take it out of the stowage compartment console cover, then remove the cover.

Step 5

Now unscrew the fasteners of the console overlay, pry it off with a screwdriver and remove the radio tape recorder if it is installed. And then disconnect the pads of the harness of the entire audio system. Unscrew the two cover screws that are located on the side of the hole for the radio tape recorder. You can now remove the console trim by pushing it out from the back and removing the hazard warning light switch.

Step 6

Press the harness release button and disconnect the wiring harness from the clock, switch, heater switch and heater control unit. Then squeeze the latch itself and remove the watch. Unscrew the screws with which the heater control unit is attached to the console trim and remove the entire unit.

Step 7

Unscrew the center nozzle mount. Press out the top and bottom four tabs and remove the nozzle. Unscrew the relay and fuse box fastener, then remove it by disconnecting the harness block from the glove box switch. Unscrew the switch holder and remove it. Next, pry the box lighting cover and remove it from the panel by pressing the retainer and disconnecting the harness block from the lampshades.

Step 8

Unscrew all fasteners on the left and right ventilation duct and disconnect it. Remove the gearmotor by unscrewing its fasteners and disconnecting the wiring harness block. Then remove the foot heating air duct and air heating distributor by unscrewing the fastening screws.

As you can see, it is not difficult to disassemble the dashboard, but you can assemble it in the reverse order of disassembly.
