Operating procedure:

- Carefully assess the condition of the bearings as well as the seating areas. At the moment of rotation, the bearing should rotate without jamming and squeaks. If necessary, replace the forks with new ones; the seats should not have any mechanical damage.
- The axle shaft seals must be perfectly flat. It is advisable to change all of them. Evaluate the work of the magnet, you can clean it. Assemble the checkpoint in the reverse order. Place the magnet. Lubricate all rubbing surfaces with ordinary gear oil.
- Seal the surfaces of the rear cover of the gearbox with a sealant specifically designed for metal parts. Select the bearing adjusting ring in the event that you have changed housings, crankcases.
- After the unit is assembled, fill it with new oil of the appropriate brand. Reassembly must be carried out very carefully so that unnecessary spare parts do not form and there is no need to disassemble for a new one (this is far from the most pleasant experience)
