Instructions
Step 1
Start with the preparatory work: stock up on parts suitable for self-assembly of the car amplifier, draw up a work plan and prepare your workplace.
Step 2
Download the circuit board: the list of components necessary for a car amplifier depends on it. If you know how to solder, make a printed circuit with your own hands. Alternatively, order a printed circuit board from a specialist who has tremendous experience in the manufacture of such devices.
Step 3
After the printed circuit board and other components are ready, it is not at all difficult to assemble the car amplifier: use the circuit in the process. Then start making the car amplifier case: using a ruler and a pencil, draw the case of this device on the plywood. Then cut out the individual body parts and seal them with sealant.
Step 4
Connect speaker, cabinet, electronics and switches. Tighten the speaker wires carefully (they should be tight and tight).
Step 5
Test a self-assembled car amplifier. Perform additional speaker setup if necessary.
Step 6
Place the car amplifier in the pre-designated location and retest the speaker system to ensure that no components of this unit are misaligned. Turn on the music and enjoy.
