Self-repair or customization of the car in general and its individual parts in particular requires good preparation, experience and location. It must be remembered that it is impossible to repair individual parts indefinitely. One fine day, you need to tell yourself that these parts have already served their own and it is time to change them for new ones. It is not worth repairing the trash, as in the end it will cost much more than updating the part.

Instructions

Step 1

If engine problems are primarily related to the idle system, try cleaning the carburetor. The cause of these problems is usually a clogged fuel jet. Please note that if you have already tried to blow this carburetor before, then in case of inept actions you could leave any small debris of parts inside.

Step 2

When you unscrew the screw, remember the number of revolutions that will have to be done, since then it will be necessary to tighten it by the same amount. Do not push too hard on the screw. As already mentioned, a carburetor is a fragile part, and you can break something. And then it will be very difficult to get the piece of the tip.

Step 3

Make sure that small parts of the screw itself, its spring, washer, and also a rubber ring are not lost. They almost always remain in the carburetor rather than coming out with the propeller. When blowing out, they will scatter in different directions and then you will not collect them.

Step 4

As a rule, the valves and the general thrust of the carburetor starting device are fixed with special plastic clips. Take them out very carefully so as not to accidentally twist the heads of these locks. It will be difficult to replace them. The carburetor is disassembled.

Step 5

Start washing all channels, parts, parts. Use a specially prepared resin solvent for this. Use refined kerosene or alcohol to clean the gum. After you have thoroughly washed everything, blow it with compressed air, the pressure of which should not be lower than 3kg / cm2.

Step 6

After cleaning and purging the carburetor, it must be reassembled. Reassemble the carburetor in reverse order. Be sure to apply a little liquid lubricant to the clean rubber seals so that they will not be damaged when they are seated on the parts. Fit the diaphragm precisely and screw in all screws, using the same care as when disassembling the carburetor.
