But if the attempts were unsuccessful, urgently contact the traffic police, write a statement, present all the specified documents that were required to issue a temporary permit. Additionally, you will need 4 photos of 3x4 with a left corner, a receipt for payment for theoretical and practical exams (Government decree 1396, Ministry of Internal Affairs order 782, RF PP rules 1396), a receipt for payment for issuing a duplicate of 800 rubles.
