Any head unit always has two positive wires. They almost always have yellow and red insulation. The task of the yellow wire is to memorize the settings of the head unit. This wire must be constantly energized. The red wire is responsible for providing power. It is best to make sure that it goes through the ignition switch. In this case, the audio system will not discharge the battery in the absence of the owner.
