Cracking in cars can occur for a variety of reasons. When an unpleasant noise inside the car is added to the sounds from movement, the owner strives to get rid of it with all his might.
Instructions
Step 1
Examine the interior and trunk carefully. The crackle or any other noise can be caused by a once carelessly thrown object, which now rolls around with might and main while driving and makes unpleasant sounds. Examine the glove compartment and trunk, front and rear panels. Even a small coin, a disposable cup, or a forgotten pen can be a nuisance for a car owner.
Step 2
Find out the degree of sound insulation. Domestic-made middle-class cars are distinguished by low noise insulation. You can contact a car service and ask specialists to evaluate it and eliminate the shortcomings.
Step 3
To increase noise insulation, remove the torpedo by heating the silvery layer (for example, using a construction hair dryer). After that, she will be removed quite simply. Remove the sticky layer. Heat the new soundproofing base and attach it. Iron the insulation for a better fit. You can also glue the floor, ceiling, doors with it for a better effect.
Step 4
Check the window deflectors. These items are located outside the car and are responsible for protecting the interior from moisture. If the deflectors have moved away from the car body and do not fit tightly to it, then you will hear a constant noise when driving. In this case, you will need to remove them, clean the space where they are attached to the car. Apply adhesive to the cleaned (dry) surface and reattach the deflectors.
