Step 1
Under the contract of sale, the selling party is obliged to hand over the vehicle to the buyer. The buyer is obliged to pay the amount specified by the seller. Please note that the notarization of the sales contract is not required at all.
Step 2
In order to draw up a contract, you need to have a number of documents with you. Must have a vehicle passport (PTS). It is in it that the traffic police will make a mark on the removal of the car from the register for subsequent sale. The deal will not take place in the absence of documents proving the identity of the car buyer and the seller. If the seller is not the full owner of the vehicle, then there must be a power of attorney from the owner. Only if it is available, you can make a sale and purchase transaction.
Step 3
There are also cases when the buyer does not want to become the owner of the car or indicate his last name in the vehicle passport. In this case, you must have a power of attorney to buy a car from a person who will be considered its owner.
Step 4
The traffic police must receive a certificate of the vacated numbered unit. If the car is purchased by an organization, then the employee who is responsible for the transaction must have a power of attorney with him for the right to purchase the vehicle.
Step 5
The auto sales contract must be drawn up in the recommended form. It must contain the details of the seller and the buyer. In addition, you need to fill in information about the car: make, model, VIN, year of manufacture, engine type, chassis, body and color of the car. After all the data is filled in, the amount for which the purchase and sale of the car will be carried out is indicated. This contract must be signed by both parties.
