Inoperative windshield wipers make it impossible to travel by car in adverse weather conditions - during precipitation in the form of rain or snow. And if a short-term summer thunderstorm rain in the event of such a malfunction becomes a reason for stopping and resting on the way, then the autumn bad weather can last for several days. And the issue of repairing the wipers becomes, as they say, an "edge".
