A clean windshield is essential for good visibility while driving and servicing the vehicle. Automotive glass is exposed to dirt, road debris that accumulates on the glass.
Necessary
- - atomizer
- - 1 cup of water
- - 1/3 cup vinegar
- - surgical towel
- - microfiber towel
Instructions
Step 1
Fill a spray bottle with 1 cup of water, then add 1/3 cup of vinegar. Shake the bottle to mix the solution thoroughly.
Step 2
Spray the resulting solution all over your windshield. Wipe the glass immediately with a surgical towel (can be replaced with newspaper). Try to cover the entire glass area. For hard-to-reach corners, for example, use a ruler to push the fabric through.
Step 3
Dry the windshield with a waffle microfiber towel to remove any remaining film. You can buy a microfiber towel at any supermarket or auto parts store. It can be washed in a washing machine.
