Domestic cars are in great demand. This is due to their relative cheapness and ease of maintenance. The necessary parts do not have to wait for months, as it happens when repairing foreign models.
Instructions
Step 1
If you want to buy a used car produced by VAZ, ask for help on the Internet. On engine sites, etc. Select several suitable messages and call the indicated phone number. You can recognize a reseller by asking a simple question. For example, how much does a car cost or its year of manufacture. The intermediary will not be able to immediately determine which car you are interested in and will begin to elicit additional information. If you don't want to overpay, politely say goodbye to your opponent and hang up.
Step 2
Buy a magazine with advertisements for the sale of cars. In the regions, this is still the most popular way to find buyers. Select several messages with the desired parameters and call the owners of the cars. Clarify all the details of interest before you go for an inspection. Ask if the vehicle has been in an accident, how many kilometers are on the speedometer, etc.
Step 3
For a new car, go to the sales salon. They very often run various incentive promotions. As a gift for the purchase, they take out CASCO insurance, give mats or install an alarm.
Step 4
All the necessary documents for buying a new car in the showroom will be given to you on the spot. Also, managers will help you enter your data into securities and issue a technical inspection coupon. In addition, get a technical passport (PTS) for the car and an instruction manual.
Step 5
When buying a car from a private person, ask for the following documents:
- vehicle passport (PTS), which contains data about the car and its owners;
- vehicle registration certificate;
- a notarized power of attorney, if the seller is not the owner, that he has the right to represent the interests of the owner when performing registration actions, drawn up in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation (No. 488 dated June 04, 2007) - the original and a copy;
- a general civil passport or an identity card of an officer (warrant officer, midshipman) with a F7 certificate;
- receipts for payment of the state duty charged when the car is deregistered;
- a policy of compulsory motor third party liability insurance (optional).
Step 6
With a set of documents, go to the traffic police department at the place of registration. There the car will be registered and new numbers will be issued.
