Instructions

Step 1

For sale, the owner of the car should carry out the following procedures:

- draw up a contract according to which the purchase and sale process will take place;

- enter information about the new owner of the car in the data sheet;

- receive the amount of money agreed by the two parties.

Step 2

If the data sheet does not contain a free column for recording, then the seller must issue a new one. To do this, you will have to contact the traffic police and only then carry out the process of selling and buying, since there are simply no other ways to register a car.

Step 3

After the money is received by the seller, he must make a mark in the car sale and purchase agreement and hand over the keys to the new owner. Also, the new owner must receive from the seller a passport for the car, a deal agreement, as well as a car diagnostic card. The car must have license plates from the previous owner.

Step 4

The subject of the transaction, which is the contract for the sale and purchase of a car, does not have to be certified by a notary's office, however, this option may be valid. It is better if the seller, after selling his car, makes sure that the new owner of the vehicle has made a re-registration in his own name. Otherwise, as in Russia, transport taxes and receipts with fines will come to the name of the previous owner. If such misunderstandings still arise, you must contact the MREO and apply for the unknown location of the car, while you must have a passport.

Step 5

In addition to all this, the car can be removed from registration with your own hand. To carry out such a procedure, you need to have:

- passport, - passport for the car, - a document confirming the registration of the car, - a power of attorney issued by a notary, allowing you to remove the car from the register, if the owner of the vehicle is a third party.

Step 6

After removing the vehicle from the register, the case comes to the registration itself. In order to re-register a car as personal property, you must have with you a civil passport, a technical passport of the car, a deal agreement, if any, transit numbers, as well as a copy of the receipt from customs.

Step 7

All these issues are regulated in accordance with the Ukrainian Civil Code. The laws on vehicle registration are constantly being amended, for example, today, thanks to Internet resources, it is possible to register online and calmly follow a suitable queue. This solution allows you not to waste your time on long lines.
