Step 1
The consignment note has two sections. The first of them: "Commodity". In this section, information about the cargo is filled in: the weight of the cargo ("net" and "gross"), the number of pieces, etc. According to the data entered in this section, inventory items are written off from the consignor, and they are recorded on the balance sheet of the consignee.
Step 2
Second section: "Transport". It is designed to enter into it information that reflects the work of road transport at the customer. This section contains information about the time of arrival of the vehicle to the customer: to the consignor - for loading, to the consignee - for unloading.
Step 3
In the section TTN "Other information", in column 32, the idle time of the car under loading or unloading is indicated. The data is confirmed by the signature of the responsible person and certified by the seal.
Step 4
Downtime that may arise during the transportation of goods along the route in connection with road repairs or the commission of an accident by any of the traffic participants are indicated in the section of the waybill "Special notes" and are confirmed by a signature indicating the position and rank of the road police officer … Specialists of the road repair section can also certify an easy-to-travel mark, indicating the position and surname, as well as the contact phone number of the enterprise.
