Most drivers who go to the parking lot on a frosty morning do not abandon the thought of starting their car engine. And what to do when the engine refuses to start because of the battery dead during the night?
Necessary
cables - "cigarette lighters"
Instructions
Step 1
Unfortunately, not every motorist manages to start a car in severe frosts. And after several failed attempts to start the engine, the most acute question arises: how to revive the battery?
Step 2
There are at least two ways out of this situation, the first of which is to remove your battery from the engine compartment, take it to a warm room and leave it there for one or two hours. Better yet, dip the battery in a bowl of hot water. Literally an hour later, after installing the battery back into the car, the starter will intensively crank the engine.
Step 3
The second way: using cables - "cigarette lighter" connect your battery to the battery terminals of the running car. Charging, lasting 10-15 minutes, will significantly restore the battery capacity. Consequently, the voltage and amperage delivered by the battery will increase, allowing the starter to crank the engine with sufficient force for a successful start.
