Step 1

It is not bad if you have lifting and transport equipment at your workplace, for example, a hoist, hoist or winch. In addition, the room should have good spot and local lighting.

Step 3

Having prepared everything you need, proceed to the process of disassembling the car. Start with a complete removal of electrical equipment: remove wires, sensors, devices, etc. The main reason why the dismantling of the car should be started by removing the electrical equipment - removing metal assemblies can damage the wiring.

Step 4

Remove the starter, alternator, dashboard, wiper motor, lighting, windscreen washer unit, heater motor, alarm and wipe these devices. Then blow out the equipment with a compressor and place it on the rack.

Step 5

Then proceed to dismantling the bodywork: remove the doors, trunk and hood lids, seats and bumpers. Following this, drain the oil from the gearbox, fuel from the tank, and also oil from the engine. Each gearbox has drain nuts: through these holes the oil is drained.

Step 6

Then remove the glass. Following this, remove the gearbox by disconnecting all elements from the axles and the engine. Then dismantle the exhaust and fuel lines, as well as the levers and cables of the supply system.

Step 7

Unscrew the bolts securing the engine to the car body and slowly remove this unit. Prepare the reservoir in advance so that you can wash the motor.

Step 8

Remove the shock absorbers and suspension fasteners, then unscrew the connecting bolts connecting the body to the front (rear) axle.
