Many car enthusiasts pay special attention to the sound quality of music in their car. But if you are the owner of a domestic car called VAZ, then hearing high-quality sound in it remains only a dream. And in order to make it a reality, you just need to install high-quality speakers. You can even make a podium for them with your own hands.

Instructions
Step 1
Make a circle on a sheet of paper with a compass, the diameter of which should be strictly 16 millimeters. This is necessary so that standard acoustics clearly fit under the podium being manufactured. Then take a thick piece of plywood and tape the template to it. If you want your podium to have pockets, you will also need to make speaker rings out of plywood.
Step 2
Ensure good speaker sound by sloping the rings so that the speakers are on different axes. If you put them at the same height, then the sound from them will be suppressed by each other. Therefore, to ensure excellent sound, be sure to lower the top edge of the ring by about four centimeters, and raise the bottom by 8 centimeters. Then you need to remove the trim from the door and make measurements for the future podium, and then you can safely take on the assembly of the structure.
Step 3
Make several small indentations for the caps of the self-tapping screws with a drill. After assembling all the parts, you should lightly attach the speaker to the resulting ring and try on the design in order to eliminate the errors that have appeared in advance. Carefully check the bolt that adjusts the drive cable and doorknob.
Step 4
Prepare the required shape for the speaker and ring using the foam. First, you need to spray the surface of the entire plywood with water, and then squeeze a little foam onto it. Also take the sawdust that remained after cutting, and also moisten them with water, and then mix them with the foam with a spatula. Then the resulting mixture should be laid out on the structure and wait until it begins to dry.
Step 5
Take the mold and podium to a warm place so that the entire structure is completely dry. After drying, you should use a knife to cut off the dried foam that protruded from the edges of the structure, and to close up holes if they appeared during cutting. Then take the resulting podium and sheathe it with special material.
