Step 1
The person in charge, before leaving the car, makes control measurements of the fuel in the tank, and also records the odometer readings in a special form, which will later be used for calculations.
Step 2
During the period specified in the order, waybills are filled out in accordance with the law, where the mileage of the car and the necessary details such as: name and number of the waybill, information on the validity of the waybill, information about the vehicle, information about the owner (owner) of the vehicle are indicated funds, etc.
Step 3
At the end of the period specified in the order, the person in charge makes a control measurement of the amount of fuel in the gas tank, after which it takes the odometer readings, then the data is also entered into a special form.
Step 4
Then the distance traveled by the car for the period is determined by comparing the odometer readings at the beginning and end of the reporting period. For example, the mileage at the beginning of the day is 1.11.2011 and the end of the day is 30.11.2011. After that, the fuel consumption for the period is determined based on the amount of fuel poured into the tank plus the balance at the beginning of the day on 2011-01-11 and the remainder at the end of the day on 2011-30-11.
Step 5
In the future, the amount of fuel consumed per 100 kilometers of track is determined according to the following formula: Qп / Sп * 100 km, where Qп is the fuel consumption for the reporting period. Sп - vehicle mileage for the reporting period. The calculation results are activated. In the future, the developed fuel consumption rate is approved by the order of the head of the organization. Then it can be used to calculate fuel costs.
