Today, there are seventeen violations for which the Administrative Code of Russia provides for the deprivation of the driver's right to drive a vehicle. The court, as a mitigating circumstance, also takes into account the fact if the professional activity of the offender, for example, is related to driving a car, and, having lost his driver's license, he will lose the opportunity to obtain monetary means of subsistence.
Step 2
During the registration of a traffic violation by the traffic police, so that after the consideration of the case does not lose your rights, try to concentrate, calm down and analyze the circumstances of the violation and the actions of the inspector when drawing up the protocol. After all, it may happen that your violation, in fact, does not provide for the deprivation of a driver's license, and the traffic police officer puts pressure on you.

When the inspector draws up the protocol, in the column “driver's explanations” write “disagree with violation”. It is possible that when considering the case, this will serve as proof of the absence of an offense.
