Step 1

Step 2
Unscrew the 4 screws located on the filter housing cover. Disconnect the MAF sensor to avoid damaging the wires. Remove the housing from the rubber mounts. Loosen the clamp that secures the air inlet to the filter housing cover. Remove the cover from the clamp, turn it over and remove the old air filter. Carefully remove dust from the filter. Install a new air filter and reassemble in reverse order.

Replacing the fuel filter VAZ 2112 It is recommended to replace the fuel filter every 30,000 km. However, it should be noted that the condition of the fuel filter is directly related to the quality of the gasoline used to refuel the car. A clogged filter may be indicated by jerks occurring when the vehicle is moving.
Step 4
Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the storage battery. Prepare a container for gasoline and place it under the filter. Holding the filter housing with a 19 wrench, unscrew the metal inlet hose fitting with a 17 wrench. Gradually drain all the gasoline into the container provided. Disconnect the second union in the same way. Loosen the gasoline filter retaining clip. Carefully study and remember the marking on the filter housing, which indicates the direction of fuel flow through the line. In general, the arrow on the filter housing should point towards the left side of the vehicle. Remove the O-rings located on the hose ends and carefully check their condition. Replace them if necessary. Install a new VAZ 2112 fuel filter, connect the wire to the minus terminal of the battery and carefully check the tightness of the connection. It should be remembered that the check must be carried out with the ignition on, after the start of the fuel pump.
