Instructions
Step 1
First, remove everything from the passenger compartment that can be removed (seats, dashboard), etc. Remove the back seat first, then the front ones. With the latter, you will have to tinker a little, since in addition to the mounting bolts, you need to remove the springs from them. After that, dismantle the central part, which consists of a bottom and a top. Next, remove the steering wheel and dashboard. In the event that you do not really want to fiddle with the panel, you can simply move the instrument panel to the side.
Step 2
Once you have everything cleaned up, start gluing the interior. Degrease all required surfaces with solvent before gluing. Glue the floor first, cutting the desired contour on the material with scissors. Since the floor has a relief surface, the material "Bimast Bomb" will need to be heated with a hairdryer, so that in a soft state it repeats the shape of the floor as much as possible. Glue the bends and the space behind the front flap with an additional layer of "Bimast" or "Vibroplast".
Step 3
Next, glue the instrument panel and front panel. After that, glue the insides of the panel (duct joints, air duct). When assembling the central tunnel, glue the joints and the lower part. To prevent noise from penetrating from the side of the trunk, glue its bottom and wheel arches. Once you're done with the bottom of the cabin, start working on the ceiling and doors.
Step 4
After gluing, correctly connect all the wires, tighten all fasteners, putting the interior parts in place. After you finish assembling the interior, check the car on the road - this will allow you to hear where the noise is completely isolated and where it is not.
