If you need help with a tow truck, call any of your chosen companies. Talk to the dispatcher calmly and politely. It can be difficult: after an accident or car breakdown, not every driver will be able to behave correctly. Catch your breath, calm down, remind yourself that the dispatcher is not to blame for anything. Evacuation service workers often meet polite drivers, while no one will provide excellent service to the hamam.

Answer all dispatcher's questions.
