Step 1
You can find a suitable used bus - one or several, in car dealerships and second-hand shops specializing in the sale of used special equipment, or in open sources: print media, where there is a corresponding heading, and message boards on the Internet. When searching through open sources, contact the authors of the ads you are interested in and ask in detail about the features of each option: what is the mileage, in what condition, are there spare parts, etc. If everything is clear and satisfactory, arrange an inspection.
Step 2
If possible, have the inspection done with a specialist - an experienced bus driver or car mechanic. If you do not have such acquaintances, contact a specialized company that provides such services for a fee.
If there are no contraindications identified during the inspection, discuss the price, settlement procedure and the date of the transaction.
By the time of her conclusion, the bus should be deregistered by the seller at the military enlistment office and the traffic police.
Step 3
A notary visa is not required on the sales contract and the vehicle transfer and acceptance certificate. A simple written form is enough, and when legal entities (seller, buyer, or both) participate in the transaction, the document is certified by their seals. If both participants are individuals, they can sign the contract directly at the traffic police when the buyer registers the bus.
