Step 1
Cameras vary by location. They can be placed instead of the room lighting lamp, in the room frame or on a special metal bracket. Depending on the selected model, the camera is installed.
Step 2
The features of the camera include the zones that it shows. There are cameras that transmit only the image. And there are those that show the boundaries of the parking lot. In this case, the monitor has a division into three zones: a blue line indicates that the subject is still far away, a green line indicates that you are approaching, and a red line is your bumper. This means that when reversing, the red line should not be superimposed on the object.
Step 3
If you have chosen a model that is installed in the license plate light, remove the standard light. Instead, insert a dome with a built-in camera of the correct size. Each car model has its own shade size. Be careful when choosing: a sedan or a hatchback of the same car model can have lampshades of different sizes. The new camera cover has a diode backlight, which means it is more durable than a conventional lamp.
Step 4
Install the cover using a latch or screw it onto a self-tapping screw, depending on the standard fasteners.
Step 5
Connect the wires. Two pairs of wires go from the plafond. Connect the black wire to the minus, the red wire to the reversing lamp. Pull the second pair of wires into the salon. A video signal will be sent through these wires to the radio tape recorder. Pull the wires along the side of the roof or disassemble the threshold and pull the wires along it. In the threshold, find the reversing lamp backlight wire.
Step 6
Take out the radio and connect the wires to the additional channel. Also connect the reversing light wire to the radio. In this case, the image will be transmitted to the monitor when you turned on the reverse speed.
