Step 1
Start your auto sound setup by adjusting the crossovers: separately for front, rear and bass. Adjust them in such a way that the acoustics are supplied with an exclusively necessary spectrum of frequencies, taking into account the optimal amplitude. This is a prerequisite for creating a unified music scene. Next, coordinate the levels of signals to the rear and front. Also check the signal to the car audio amplifier and subwoofer.
Step 2
Carry out the tuning of the electronic part of the car sound using test discs with music files that contain the full spectrum of frequencies. Also use discs with pink noise recording. Measure the frequency response using the AudioControl function and, based on the data obtained, make the necessary corrections to the tuning of the electronic components.
Step 3
The next step is listening to the audio system. Here, use all your subjective sensations and the ability to hear and feel individual shades of sound. To do this, turn off the individual components of the audio system one by one, listen to them in different combinations and find the best combinations. While listening, tweak the speaker orientation so that the radiation axes are in the desired position. In addition, adjust the level of signals on all components of the system.
Step 4
Pay special attention to the installation of high-frequency emitters - tweeters. The accuracy of rendering the general sound stage will depend on their competent installation. It is possible to install Twitter only while listening. Experiment with both the location and orientation of Twitter.
