Step 1
Chassis.
The rear suspension should be replaced as an assembly. The rear shock absorbers are detached, the brake hoses are disconnected from the master brake cylinder, the handbrake is disconnected, the rear beam is unscrewed. The rear of the vehicle rises to a height of at least 1 meter and the rear suspension rolls out on wheels.
The front suspension must also be removed as an assembly, without axle shafts and steering rods. The steering rods are disconnected from the shock absorber, then the shock absorbers themselves are unscrewed. Levers and crumbs are detached from the body. The gearbox is disconnected from the axle shafts (on the front wheel drive).
The steering gear is removed together with the rods.
Step 2
Engine.
The engine is removed together with the gearbox and mountings. It is easier to remove from the body in a downward direction. It is better not to dismantle the engine attachments and leave them on the engine.
Step 3
Salon.
There are no difficulties in disassembling the cabin. It is better to remove the steering column first and install it last, otherwise it will constantly interfere with your work. You should stock up on boxes and boxes in advance - there will be many small parts. To avoid confusion during assembly, the parts on the left side should be folded separately from the parts on the right side. If the windshield is cracked, it is best to purchase and install a new one. Otherwise, during installation, the glass will crack along its entire length (or height). If the ceiling is being installed for the first time, it is better to seek the help of a specialist. Or be patient.
Step 4
Wiring.
There are no difficulties in installing and dismantling the wiring, even in the absence of knowledge in electrical engineering. A self-adhesive price tag is purchased and all connectors are signed when dismantled. The wiring is dismantled in the penultimate order.
Step 5
Brakes, gas tank and fuel pipes are removed last and installed first. It is important!
