Step 1
In the factory car, everything is thought out, but sometimes it is necessary to improve something, in particular, the car light. So, in order to install a xenon kit, you need to make sure that the headlight of the car can be polished under the lens. For these purposes, glass polish should be used. It is also advisable to use a clipper for better polishing.
Step 2
This is followed by the placement and connection of the xenon ignition unit, it is better for this to use plastic clamps to secure the wires, also do not forget about the covers for the wires for the long service of the electronics. It is advisable to place the ignition unit itself near the ECU (electronic on-board device).
Step 3
After installing the ignition unit, place the xenon lamps in the headlights of the car. In some cars, it is not necessary to remove the headlights, it is enough to turn off the chip and pull out the lamp. Make sure the power is off before replacing the lamp. The lamps themselves must be installed in accordance with the factory recommendations and connected to the servos of the car, while not using lamp powers over 3000 kelvin if it is a passenger car.
Step 4
After installing the lamps, the correction of the light beam follows. For this, a certain manipulator is used. In the car, it adjusts the light in the up and down position. It is necessary to adjust the height of the light so that, at a distance of 50 meters, the high beam does not blind oncoming drivers.
