Instructions
Step 1
It is imperative that the first-aid kit must include sterile and non-sterile medical gauze bandages of various sizes, corresponding to GOST 1172-93. It is necessary to use them for dressing various skin lesions: cuts, abrasions and other wounds. Each bandage must be individually wrapped, which indicates the size and name of the product, the manufacturer, information about the number of bandages in the package, about their sterility or non-sterility, the date of manufacture or sterilization and the expiration date.
Step 2
The tourniquet included in the kit is used to temporarily stop venous or arterial bleeding. GOST R ISO 10993-99, hemostatic tourniquet must correspond to it. In addition to it, put a pencil and a couple of sheets of paper in the first-aid kit, they will come in handy for fixing the time the tourniquet was applied. A tourniquet cannot be applied for more than 2 hours.
Step 3
A sterile dressing bag must be included in the first aid kit. The package made in accordance with GOST 1179-93 consists of one or two cotton-gauze pillows and a fixing bandage, a bandage. This element of the first-aid kit must be packed in individual packaging with the inscription "sterile", recommendations for opening and use, as well as information about the expiration date, manufacturer, etc. A sterile dressing bag is used for burns and wounds.
Step 4
Sterile gauze wipes are used as a dressing for burns, wounds and other skin injuries. Your first-aid kit should contain a package of 10 pieces, the size of each napkin should not be less than 16x14 cm. They should be in the package, with information about their compliance with GOST 16427-93, the manufacturer, date of manufacture, expiration date, etc.
Step 5
The composition of the automobile first-aid kit, in accordance with the amendment of July 1, 2010 to the order of the Ministry of Health No. 325 of August 20, 1996, "On the approval of the first-aid kit (automobile)" No. 697H, must include 3 types of adhesive plasters. They should be used as an antimicrobial agent for minor abrasions and wounds, as well as for fixing dressings.
Step 6
As a means of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, a car first-aid kit must be equipped with a device for artificial respiration "Mouth-device-mouth", corresponding to GOST R ISO 10993-99.
Step 7
Scissors and medical gloves should be in the first aid kit as necessary aids.
