In order to install an alarm on a car, you should initially prepare tools, devices and consumables that will be useful to us during the installation process. This is a device for measuring voltage and resistance in an electrical circuit - a multimeter, as well as a knife, electric drill, pliers, scissors, two different screwdrivers, a soldering iron, about 30 meters of wiring and an insulating tape. And, of course, the alarm itself.

Before installing the alarm on the machine, first disconnect the battery from the power supply. First you need to choose a place inside the cabin in which the control unit will be installed. When choosing this place, you need to be guided by three conditions - the unit must be maximally protected from external negative influences (mechanical damage, moisture), be difficult to access, and also remote from the electronic components of the car, in order to avoid radio frequency interference. The same applies to the shock sensor.

Then, according to the electrical diagram of the car, you should lay the wires to the consumers, starting from the alarm control unit. Decide for yourself which warning light will be used - side lights or direction indicators, but be sure to pay attention to the presence of damping diodes in the circuit. Run the wiring to the door end switches. Find out the type of polarity of your car (most foreign cars and all domestic brands have negative polarity), and only after making sure, connect to the desired output of the control unit. Install the end switch from the kit on the hood or trunk, lead the wire from the block and to it.

It is better to install the sound siren so that moisture cannot get on it. Having connected all other devices according to the diagram, check the circuits for short circuits and the safety of the wiring. After making sure it is safe, connect the main connector to the control box. For convenience, run new wiring in the ducts with wires already installed. You can connect the wires from the unit to the consumers directly to the standard terminals, or by cutting into the wiring and twisting (preferably soldering). Finally, connect the battery and configure the shock sensor. Using this simple instruction, you can easily install an alarm on your car.
