Step 1
Remember that according to the "Consumer Rights Protection Law", you can return auto parts no later than 15 days from the date of purchase. If this spare part did not suit you or you chose it by mistake, and you want to return it to the seller, you will have to meet the specified deadlines.

Take with you documents that prove your identity (civil passport or driver's license). Do not forget to take with you the sales receipt that was given to you when you made your purchase. The spare part must remain in its original presentation and the packaging must be intact. On the original packaging and on the spare part itself (if it should be) there must be trademarks and labels. If the part does not meet these requirements, the seller may refuse to return your money.
Step 3
Complete the Product Returns Form. Typically, the standard return form should include the name of the customer, the article and the name of the product, the quantity of the purchased product, the number of the sales receipt, the date of purchase and the selling price of the auto part. Be sure to include the reason why you are returning the replacement part.
Step 4
Submit documents for the installation of a spare part on a car by a certified car service station. If the purchased auto part turned out to be defective, attach an order to the documents - an order for the performance of these repair work by a service station. Specify the machine data and the category of work performed. You must also show the certificate of the workshop for this type of work.
Step 5
Submit a conclusion on the inoperability of the parts and documents that confirm your payment for the work performed at the technical station. If a disputable situation arises, the seller has the right to accept the part for inspection or examination, as a result of which you will be refunded or denied a return.
