In order to register your personal car in another city, it is not necessary to provide it for inspection at the place of residence - it will be sufficient to provide the "Act of a single technical inspection".
It is necessary
- - act of a single inspection;
- - transit numbers;
- - a contract of purchase and sale of a vehicle, it is also a reference-account;
- - insurance;
- - technical inspection coupon (from the old owner);
- - technical device passport;
- - power of attorney;
- - a copy of your passport, certified by a notary.
Instructions
Step 1
Once you have purchased your vehicle, head to the nearby technical vehicle inspection department and queue up for vehicle registration. After that, without waiting for your turn, go to any window and ask for an application form for "issuing a single technical inspection certificate" in your hands. After completing this form, sign it with the supervisor whose name was indicated on the application.
Step 2
After that, wait for the issuance of documents for inspection. You will see a receipt in the received documents, the amounts in it will have zeros. This procedure is completely free.
Step 3
Then bring the car with the documents for inspection. After the examiner puts his marks on the issued documents, he will return them to you. The act issued to you, carefully check for errors. The item "state number" should contain the transit number, and not the old state number from the technical service coupon. Name, surname and all technical data must be recorded without grammatical errors.
Step 4
Further, there are two registration options. Go to your hometown with all the documents and make a power of attorney for your brother, sister, friend, or personally provide all the documents for registration. However, there is a cheaper, albeit more complicated way - issue a power of attorney with a notary. By and large, lawyers have ready-made templates for the preparation of such documents, but it is better to check the accuracy of the registration on the spot so that later there will be no problems during registration.
Step 5
The power of attorney must represent the right to register a car in a specific region, for a specific person for a specific title. Also write down the passport details of the person for whom the power of attorney is being drawn up, and best of all - a copy of the first page. If there are special marks in the TCP, also indicate them in the power of attorney itself. In addition to the power of attorney, make a copy of all pages of the passport and also certify it with a notary. After that, your authorized person is sent with the documents to the traffic police at the place of residence, where he pays the cost of rooms, the fee and submits documents for registration to the inspectors.
