The standard car acoustic systems included in the delivery set often do not bring the desired pleasure to the owners. This is due to the poor quality of these systems. To improve the quality and power of sound, car owners install a power amplifier in order to "pump" their audio system.

Necessary

  • wires for power supply AWG8;
  • cinch-to-cinch cable;
  • fuse;
  • screwdriver.

Instructions

Step 1

Open the hood and determine where to install the fuse box, it is best to do this as close to the positive terminal of the battery as possible. Install the fuse holder. Connect the fuse using AWG8 or thicker wire to the positive terminal. Use, protect at least 50 A. Lay the connected wire to the place where the amplifier is installed.

Step 2

Connect the positive lead to the (+12) terminal on the front of the amplifier. Connect the negative terminal (gen) to the body. To connect, select a clean place free of paint and varnish coatings, if this is not the case, then using a sandpaper, clean a small area of the body. The connected wire must fit snugly against the stripped area.

Step 3

The remote control contact (rem), located between the positive and negative terminals of the amplifier, connect to the power supply of the active antenna of your radio using a wire with a smaller section. This will automatically turn off the amplifier when you turn off the speaker system. Route the cinch cable separately from the power wires. This will help you avoid distortion of the sound as a result of "pickup". Connect the cable to the car radio using the channel you need. Connect the other end of the cable to the power amplifier itself.
