Instructions
Step 1
Measure the distance of 5 meters from the front of the machine installed on the site to the wall using a tape measure. Unload the machine completely and fill the fuel tank completely. Check the tire pressure to ensure that it is within the manufacturer's specifications. Next, rock the car, leaning on it with your hands, so that the suspension parts are accurately installed in the right places.
Step 2
Turn on the low beam and cover one of the headlights with thick cardboard. Mark the center of the incident beam on the wall with chalk. Repeat the same operation with the next headlight. Next, connect the points on the wall with a straight line. Under this line, draw two more straight lines 12 cm and 22 cm below the first. Please note that with correct adjustment, the upper border of the dipped beam should in no case merge with the second line. If there are fog lights, then make sure that the upper limit of radiation does not coincide with the third line.
Step 3
As soon as the opportunity presents itself, then immediately check the headlights and adjust them using special optical devices. Do not neglect this, because adjustment at home can have some flaws that precision optics will never allow. Remember that by adjusting the low beam headlamp with the optics, you automatically adjust the high beam headlamp. Such automatic adjustment is very convenient for those who have never before independently engaged in such operations.
