The bumper is the part of the car that is most often exposed to mechanical stress. Therefore, it cracks or scratches and dents very quickly. In this case, repairs are required, for which you must remove the bumper. The Chery Fora model is budgetary, so it is best to do minor bumper repairs yourself in order to save money on visiting a car service.

Instructions
Step 1
Find a place where it will be convenient to remove or replace the bumper. A garage is best suited for this spruce. You can also use a flyover or lift. It is much more convenient to remove the bumper when the front of the car is suspended. To do this, you can raise the car on jacks.
Step 2
If your configuration Chery Fora has fog lights, then open the hood and disconnect the minus terminal from the battery. This is a precautionary measure to avoid short circuits.
Step 3
Try to wash your car before removing the bumper. The pre-wash will free the machine from dirt that can cover the screws and screws holding the plastic parts. Rinse the bumper and the space under it with particular care, and also clean the wheel arches from dirt.
Step 4
Find the bolts that are located inside the wheel arch. Take an eight-point wrench and use it to unscrew each bolt. Be very careful not to inadvertently break the fragile plastic.
Step 5
Then unscrew the screws holding the radiator grill with a screwdriver. Gently pull it towards you and remove it from the grooves. There are two more bolts under the grille. They also need to be unscrewed.
Step 6
Now remove the six bolts securing the bumper to the fenders and bodywork. For this, you can use either a wrench or a screwdriver.
Step 7
Grasp the edges of the upper part of the bumper with your hands, pull both towards you and upwards. At the same time, try not to jerk sharply so as not to break the mounts. Lift the bumper up a couple of centimeters and remove from the mounts.
Step 8
Find the bottom mount and unscrew its bolts. Also, do not forget to disconnect the pads from the foglights. Try to either wrap the pads themselves with masking tape, or wrap them in a clean rag so that they do not get clogged with dirt.
Step 9
Remove the bumper completely. Inspect all fasteners carefully. Repair broken fasteners or replace them with new ones. Install the bumper in the reverse order.
