Instructions
Step 1
Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal on the vehicle battery. Unscrew the mounting screws and remove the A-pillar trim. Gently pull out the extension, prying it off with a thin screwdriver.
Step 2
Remove the cover of the fuse blocks and unscrew the screws securing the blocks. Then carefully pull out the fuse boxes, making sure that the connector blocks come out of the dashboard.
Step 3
Using a screwdriver, unscrew the two self-tapping screws located in the antenna visor. After that, remove the two plugs that are under the petals of the wipers and turn signals, and remove the visor. The Gazelle instrument panel itself is held by 4 self-tapping screws.
Step 4
Unscrew the screws and pull out the panel. To remove the shield, remove the four plugs.
Step 5
Carefully remove the steering column by removing the dashboard amplifier and steering column shrouds. Disconnect the return spring. Then remove the side trims and branch hoses.
Step 6
Following this, remove the plastic fastening clamps, and then the wiring harnesses. With a little effort, pull the Gazelle dashboard towards you. The task was solved: the instrument panel was dismantled.
