In many cities, private buses make up the lion's share of the total public transport. If you decide to introduce private transportation of passengers into the sphere of your business interests, you should be prepared for the fact that it will take a lot of time and effort to register your bus route.
Necessary
- - a bus, according to its type and technical condition, corresponding to the selected type of transportation;
- - permission for the right to carry out transportation on passenger routes;
- - passport and route map indicating hazardous areas.
Instructions
Step 1
Draw up a passport and a diagram for the route of regular bus transportation with the obligatory indication of hazardous areas. Develop a bus schedule taking into account the average bus speed and the drivers' work and rest schedule.
Step 2
Submit an application to the municipal administration "City Department of Transport" for the conclusion of a contract for the implementation of the municipal order.
Step 3
On the basis of the above agreement, obtain a permit for the right to carry out transportation on passenger routes. This permit must indicate its name, number, the name of a legal entity or individual - the owner of the bus for which the permit is issued, the brand and license plate of the bus, the routes along which this bus is allowed to transport passengers, the rate of payment, the period for which it was issued resolution, and - interval of movement along the route.
Step 4
Provide your bus (or buses) - in addition to the requirements of traffic regulations - an identification mark; front and rear track indicators and route numbers; bus rules. In the cabin of the bus, place a sign with the name of the driver and information about the owner of the bus, his address and contact numbers. Also place a sign with the rights and responsibilities of passengers.
Check that there is always a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher on the bus - if not - when checking - any of the above, you may be denied a passenger permit.
