Instructions

Step 1

First of all, decide on what kind of tinting you want to stick. Please be aware that tinting on the front side windows and windshield is illegal. Therefore, consider whether it is worth the risk.

Prepare the door for tinting. Remove the door seals, as the film must go under them.

Step 2

Thoroughly wash all glass windows outside with soapy water. The tinting procedure is best done indoors so that small particles of dust and debris do not get under the film. Thoroughly wipe all glasses with paper towels or waffle towels so that not a speck of dust remains.

Step 3

Moisten the outside of the glass with soapy water. Now take out the tint film. Place it on the glass, sticky side out. Spread the film evenly over the glass surface so that no bubbles or gaps remain. Smooth it with a rubber spatula lightly so as not to accidentally damage the film. Leave a stock at the bottom, which will be tucked under the door seal.

Step 4

Carefully cut off any excess film that protrudes from the glass edge. Consider rationality when placing film on glass. Try to save film. Now clean the inside of the glass with soapy water. Thoroughly remove all debris and wipe it off. Reapply a layer of soapy water. Do not spare the water, as it will help you avoid bubbles under the wrap. Peel off the protective layer from the adhesive side of the film. Gently stick the film to the inside of the glass. Start gluing from top to bottom with the glass slightly lowered. When the top is glued, lift the glass all the way and glue the bottom. Run a supply of film under the glass seal. Smooth the film with a spatula until all bubbles disappear. Reinstall the glass seal.

Step 5

Repeat the same procedure for all glasses. After that, do not open the windows during the day so that the film has time to set. It is best not to drive a car for a day. After that, you just have to enjoy your own work.
