This is possible in several cases, when, for example, the battery is discharged or the remote control is out of order. Potential causes may also include radio interference, a dead battery, and a malfunction in the alarm unit.

Step 1
The easiest and most effective way to unblock an alarm is through the exclusion method. Start with the keychain. If it is equipped with an LCD display, the battery charge level will be clearly visible, especially since a special sound signal will remind you of this. Just replace the battery.
Step 2
If, after changing the battery, nothing has changed, then you need to try to turn off the alarm with a duplicate key fob. A successful attempt will mean a malfunction of the main remote control, which must be re-programmed.
Step 3
If the second key fob is also useless, you will have to open the car with the key. As soon as the alarm is triggered at the moment of opening, press the "Valet" button, open the corresponding instruction and perform all the operations listed in the "Emergency alarm deactivation without a remote control" paragraph. If done correctly, the alarm will turn off.
Step 4
The fact that the battery is discharged is reminded by the board, the impossibility of starting the car and the alarm triggering. In this case, you need to either remove the terminal from the battery, or turn off the system with a key. This kind of malfunction most often occurs during severe frosts.
Step 5
Experienced experts strongly recommend not to arm cars with old and weak batteries for a long time in severe frosts, since their replacement entails a failure of the settings and the need for subsequent reprogramming.
Step 6
If all attempts were in vain, then you will have to open the alarm unit and disconnect all available wires from the unit connectors and try to start the engine. An unsuccessful attempt may mean a blocking of the ignition, fuel pump or starter. To turn it off, you will need to find the wires connecting the alarm to the car's wiring and disconnect them.
