Step 2
If the car is dirty and it is difficult to trace all the defects, the client must sign that invisible damage to the body is possible and sign. This is necessary so that when the car is returned to the client after the work performed, there are no claims on his part for possible body defects. If the client refuses to sign such an item, then you can offer the owner of the car wash services of your salon for an additional fee. After the car is washed, you can draw up a new act.

When inspecting a car, all items that are in the cabin and trunk are also indicated. The presence of a spare wheel, jack, compressor is recorded. The complete contents of the trunk and the passenger compartment are overwritten. After fixing all the nuances, the client signs the act.

If a client came for specific services, for example, to do MOT, the type of work is indicated immediately. If the car is given for repair, without an identified reason, then as soon as it is found, the master must call the owner of the car, name the cost of the work and get his permission for further repairs.

If the client did the maintenance, then the information about its carrying out is indicated in the car's service book with the seal of the organization and the signature of the person in charge. For all types of work, a work order is issued, which indicates the work carried out and the total amount. Before handing over the car to the client, it is necessary to issue an invoice and wait for the client to pay it.
Step 6
When handing over the car to the client, it is necessary to inform him once again about what kind of work was carried out, to give, at the request of the owner, old spare parts or replaced "consumables". In the purchase order, the customer must confirm that the order has been completed and signed.
