Instructions
Step 1
To purchase a public garage, contact the State Unitary Enterprise "Directorate of garage construction". On the territory of Moscow, there are 31 divisions of this organization. Find out the addresses and phone numbers of the divisions by calling (495) 730-95-51 or on the website
Step 2
Arriving at one of the divisions of the Directorate, select a parking space on the floor plan of the garage complex closest to your place of residence. Having concluded a purchase and sale agreement, pay in the entire amount of the cost of the garage or apply for a mortgage loan at the bank, which will be provided to you at 9% per annum.
Step 3
You can conclude a preliminary contract for participation in shared construction, if the desired garage complex is still under construction. According to the agreement, open a bank account within 20 days. Under the contract, you can pay either 30% of the cost of the garage, or immediately its full cost.
Step 4
To pay for the garage, choose one of the three banks authorized by the Moscow government: Transcapitalbank, Bank of Moscow and Peresvet. If you want to buy a garage in another area, your application will be considered secondarily. The first is the applications of the residents of this area. In addition, you can buy not one, but several people's garages for yourself. You do not need to have a car to buy it.
Step 5
The parking space is a concrete parking area with a standard area of 18 square meters. Before transferring money for a parking space, be sure to inspect it personally and measure its area. Often the actual area of the parking space turns out to be not 18, but 15-16 or even 14 square meters.
Step 6
To isolate the purchased area and install the walls, first decide this issue at a general meeting of the owners of parking spaces. Store seasonal tires for your car in special places on the ground floor of the parking lot or in lockers on each level of the complex.
